Our Terms

Our Minimum Hire Period is 1 Day

We Provide Staff to Securely Display the Aircraft

We are Fully Risk Assessed and have an Up to Date Risk Assessment Upon Request

We charge a transport fee to cover the cost of getting to and from your event to cover our costs

Hirers of EN938 will receive one free engine start up to either raffle or to give as a gift for a special occasion

Full payment must be made on the day of setup. Unless Requested this will be the day before the event to give us time to set up and prepare the  display

We Require Good Access with plenty of space around us to set up the spitfire.

We Require Camping Access next to the Spitfire in our Bell Tent. If this cannot be provided then the hirers must provide on site security. If camping is not possible then a hotel charge may apply

At Events we may charge the public to sit in the spitfire or start the engine. We may pre-book these sessions via our website.

We will promote the events that we attend on our website and on our Facebook page

 Sometimes the members of Spitfire Crew South West may not be able to attend however we will have at least two trained members of the team during the day
